Could Colorado Ever Replace Las Vegas?
Due to the increase risk of going bankrupt, probably the last thing any place would want is competition. This is what could threat Las Vegas. After the Democratic Elections in the USA, the voters of Colorado have decided to change the betting limits and increase the working hours of the mountain gambling towns.
Meanwhile the betting limits in casinos of Colorado are still $5, and the working hours are from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m., the amendment they vote for will raise the limit to $100 and the casinos will be open 24 hours a day. In addition, craps and roulette will be included additionally to blackjack, poker and slots.
All things considered, there is nothing that Las Vegas casinos are to be afraid of, this is the major opinion of different gaming experts. As Las Vegas provides much more than just gambling, but also shows and a great variety of extra activities, it will still remain the ultimate destinations for those seeking fun, entertainment, and casinos.
There is just one additional thing to take into account when talking about the Colorado casinos, the smoking ban. Unlike Las Vegas, in the Colorado you are not allowed to smoke when inside, and this is the thing which will always keep the Las Vegas casinos on the first place.
